"Favorites" block
The list of favorites helps users to switch between traded pairs.
They can add the pairs to favorites by clicking a "star":

The list of favorites can be scrolled if it doesn't fit on the screen by:
- an additional mouse wheel;
- holding down SHIFT and scrolling the main mouse wheel;
